That's interesting, considering its the same exact Test-1.15 tarball
that Joshua Pritikin had up there.  I've just taken over control of
the module.

Ahhh!  Yes, its exactly the same problem Class::Whitehole was having.
't/fail.t' is hardcoded as being expected and Windows will report
't\fail.t'.  Lemme fix that.
