Sigh. I really don't know what the deal is.
Clearly CPANPLUS or YACSmoke is confused somehow.

Looks good
Warning: prerequisite Module::Pluggable 2.95 not found. We have 2.8.
Writing Makefile for Handel

Clearly it knows it needs to install Module::Pluggable 2.95, but it never does [in the riginal email report output].

2.8 is loaded somewhere. Lord knows why it didn't install 2.95.

PREREQUISITES:

Here is a list of prerequisites you specified and versions we managed to load: Class::DBI 0
        DBI                                1.48
        Data::UUID                            0
        Error                                 0
        Locale::Maketext                   1.09
        Module::Pluggable                   2.8

I've checked Makefile.PL, META.yml, and Checkout.pm. All specify Module::Pluggable 2.95. ?

*boggle*.

Thanks,
-=Chris
