Thanks for the comments.
I uploaded now Version 0.05.
[1] The test is now a functional one.
[2] Changes is now up to date.
[3] A README file exists.
[4] It's noted in Readme file.
It should function on POSIX OS,
even if there's another locale setting.
I try to set the locale de_DE
(at the beginning of my functions,
I reset the original locale setting at the end).
How ever, the functional test recognize wrong
settings.
