This is a reminder that a mirroring of this directory should be set
up.  But it does not work.

Here is the last message I have seen from PAUSE:

Note "Failed", but no failure explanation.  I've never seen failure
reports from anything but PAUSE.

Moreover, I suspect that in addition to these spurious failures (note
that one of fetches succeeded), there is some kind of auto-increasing
delays after a failure.  When this can make sense for complete
failures, it does not sense for partial failures (as above).

Is there a way to reset this delay to "the initial value", so that the
missed file have a chance to "pass through the system"?
