yeah, that explains almost all the test failures except for 03-runtime,
#935-1166, which appears to be a permissions issue.

That's really weird because other tests write to the same directory and
work fine.  What are the permissions on t/objectcache (after the tests
run)?

Regardless, I think that Alzabo would work on your system.  Of course, if
DBD::Pg doesn't work you can't expect Alzabo to work with Pg.
