Crypt::CBC and some other Crypt modules (this is also the case with
Crypt::DES) seem to be having problems inter-relating. I'm changing my
evaluation of Crypt::Blowfish and Crypt::DES to "unknown".

The failure here is the recently updated Crypt::CBC module. For some
strange reason, the 2.01 release of Crypt::CBC, after 1.25 being stable
for 18 months, now tacks a 00 on the end of otherwise sane Cipher Block
Chaining.

This has nothing to do with Crypt::Blowfish, which obviously builds and
performs just fine on the cited hardware. Please reassess your rating
of "FAIL." If you doubt my answer, please try your test again with
Crypt::CBC 1.25.

Thanks,
-dsp
