For FAIL reports or PASS reports with additional comments probably a
good idea. It would be as well a good idea if authors get automatically
informed about cpan-testers report. 
For sure I am too lazzy to type things like "bug-XML-Filter-XInclude@
rt.cpan.org" all day. So the question is how implement such a feature?

(1) Inside the cpantest script?
(2) A script/filter on the mailinglists machine?
(3) rt.cpan.org could subscribe to cpan-testers and slurp out
    the relevant information. (As http://testers.cpan.org/
    allready does)

Thoughts?
