Well... it's a long story. But to be short, my own testing
environment went wrong, and some of the previous testing reports were
incorrect. Besides, I skipped some packages that cannot be tested
previously, and decide to solve the problems by either fixing my
environment or manually reporting them at rt.cpan.org now, in order for
myself to have smooth testing runs in the future.
