You're Makefile.PL is pretty sparse. If you were to add dependencies to
Makefile.PL, this particular testing failure would not show up. If you add:
'PREREQ_PM' => { Unicode::Map8 => 0 }
to the WriteMakefile hash, you'll be ok for the Unicode dependency.
