I am sorry but in this case there is no choice than to give
a FAIL report for that Module. FAIL basically means that a Module
does not work as advertised. Even if just one single and unimportant 
test out of one million tests fails, we cpan testers have to give
a FAIL. While I can understand your reasoning, I don't have any
choice in that case. Sorry.

Could you test for the window manager, and skip tests if approbriate?
