Same as with the other one today - NA for Perl 5.6.0.
It's good that these both fail early - during perl Makefile.PL.
But if Perl 5.8 is truly required, you might consider saying so in
the README, or somewhere in the POD, so that folks who have not
upgraded to 5.8 yet can learn the requirement before trying to
install it.
