Just FYI, while its useful to know that openbsd doesn't support IO::AIO
(for me and potential users, so keep on testing and flagging please :),
there is no way to fix it. IO::AIO requires unix thread support, which
isn't available on openbsd 3.5 according to the documentation, and likely
never will be, so sending me mail about every new IO::AIO release is not
that helpful as there its impossible to implement IO::AIO functionality on
openbsd.
