I got same report when I released version 1.12.  At that time I
received the following message and I received another message which
said it was a problem of CPANPLUS.

Could you check your automated test environment?

This may or may not be a problem with the $|=1 munging of 0.033 CPANPLUS.
Could you upgrade to 0.034 and re-test it?
