PERL5LIB is ignored in Taint mode. This is one reason that I install()
deps during my smoke testing, and don't just tell CPAN.pm to test() them.
Do people think it would make sense for me to untaint PERL5LIB and shove
it into @INC in that particular test? It seems safe to me, cos you'll
have already run similar tests without tainting, and anyway, the only
reason that you're running in Taint mode is because my test script made
you do it. I can trust my code :-)
Or should I skip the test if PERL5LIB is set?
