Thanks, but this is expected. Env::Modulecmd is an interface to a
(non-Perl) package called 'modules' which, confusingly enough, has
absolutely nothing to do with Perl modules. If you're interested,
http://www.modules.org has the details.

Without that package installed, you have no need for Env::Modulecmd,
and of course the tests will fail.
