Greetings.

This email is about a trivial but annoying problem: emails from CPAN
testers use "--" or "-- " to separate sections. Since RFC 822 specifies
"-- " as the signature separator, many mail clients automatically remove
all subsequent content during replies.

Jeroen Latour of CPAN testers says:

> The mail is automatically generated. I suggest you mail the author of
> Test::Reporter.

Adam Foxson, author of Test::Reporter says:

> The issue that you've detailed is not a problem with Test::Reporter.
> Putting a double-hyphen in test reports is simply a reporting standard
> utilized by the CPAN Tester's that Test::Reporter simply follows. If you
> feel that this should be changed, I'd suggest sending a mail to that

So here I am. :)
