Yes, this is expected for my way of testing. I use a single CPAN.pm
session for the new modules of the day. CPAN.pm adds the blib
directories for every previously built and tested module to PERL5LIB.
I am not sure if these blibs would be removed if I would also install
the modules, but I just do tests, no installs.
