Hello.  I have uploaded CGI-Portable-0.472 to CPAN, which should fix the problem that 
caused the last test failure.  It was very simple, really, and I figured out the 
problem as soon as it was reported.  I regret that I couldn't upload the fix earlier, 
though, as my evenings were taken up by work, but no matter.  Please try testing the
