    This indicates that there is no X11 server available on :0.  I see that
    you have the Tk prerequisite installed, but that won't help if it
    doesn't have an X server to connect to.

    Is this something the test script needs to detect?  Or should the test
    environment include the X server?  I see some references on the web
    indicating that OSX (darwin?) needs to run something called X11.app
    (see http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=586137 for example).
