Yeah - It took me a while to figure out what was going on - I believe it
was because "make_arg" was "-j3" - this is on CPAN v1.9205 - somehow it
uses the 'make_arg' for Build.
I just verified that again:
cpan[1]> o conf make_arg "-j3"
cpan[2]> test Test::Harness::Straps
.... fails ....
cpan[3]> quit
Weird.
Thanks. David Golden appears to have tracked this down to a CPAN.pm bug which
is causing it to pass in the make arguments to Build.
