I believe you did. Apparently I'm not following closely enough to make sensable

The day started with a tech-support request something like this:

So, perhaps it's my mood. I will now recede once again to the shadows of the 
CPAN-workers'
circle and withold comments (here and elsewhere) for the balance of the day.

Well, one more comment. Despite my devil's advocate responses, I am really impressed 
with
everything you have discussed and think that you are on the way to something amazing 
(even more
so that CPAN already is -- no other language, that I know of, has such a unified 
resource).
