I thought I might ask for comments, etc on a hopefully improved document.
I enjoy a root canal almost more than HTML so this should tell you either
my endodontist is on holiday this week or I have a penchant for torture.

Anyway, pick away if you would, nits large and small are welcome as are
new questions, etc. I'll send it through a HTML validator at some point
and generate a reasonable .pdf as well.
