Opposed.
abstract is not module-specific. Most things just use the abstract of the
"main" module in a dist. This is not a needed addition.
weakly opposed, too.
We should always keep in mind how information ends up in META.XXX.
Humans should not have to write META stuff. Therefore, the only
moderately sane and established free-form source of information is
module POD. Since that's sort-of module-specific already, this would not
be a very helpful addition.
