Yet the most recent event I see regarding this file is in
a delete event in 'authors/RECENT-1M.yaml' :

path: id/L/LE/LEOCHARRE/PDF-Burst-1.14.tar.gz
type: delete
So, should it be 'in' or 'out' ?
By the way, I'm impressed by the fact that "the rrr job"
finds out it should be deleted.
