Looking good. "plenv install" finds the file at metacpan, which, it appears, is actually a backpan mirror. This suggests that we can safely delete these old dev versions. We can leave them on backpan and, if we like, we can upload them to GitHub as releases there, although I'm not sure there's much value in doing so. I can easily start by deleting my old dev releases. I think it's reasonable to suggest we delete older official dev releases wherever they are. We can update the PAUSE operating model to make this explicit. Any thoughts on all this? -- rjbs
