The easy "forking" nature available in Github as well as a spiffier
interface allows for better development on a per-contributor basis.
The limiting nature of a single subversion repository causes the same
problem that the Boost single subversion repository brings in.

I don't think there's anything similar with Sourceforge and that's the
only reason I want to move to Github.

I actually think the branching for 0.5 should happen earlier, but I
was thinking maybe bug reports will need to be addressed for 0.4
before we branch for 0.5.
