They're fixed now and I've merged a snapshot version of 0.5-devel into
master too. I'll continue working on 0.5-devel to implement the
asynchronous stuff and then start thinking about streaming too.

All tests are green at the moment so please feel free to test on
different platforms -- right now I only have access to Linux 64-bit
and GCC 4.4.1.
