I have made some structural changes to the quickbook sources in my own fork,
and I have been able to publish the results on github:

The content hasn't changed so much but if Dean and Jeroen are updating the
docs, I'd appreciate it if you'd use these changes in my fork (branch
0.5-devel).
Comments in general about the content are also welcome.
