It looks like you're using an older version of the library. You'll
need to use 0.9.0 to get the corrected code to work with Boost.Trunk.

Also, there's a known issue with using Boost 1.46.1, where Spirit has
some broken extensions points.

I *might* release a 0.8.2 just to solve the io_service() calls to be
turned into get_io_service(). But that depends if you're uisng 0.8.1
or 0.9.0 to build your code. From what it looks like from here you're
using an older version.
