At some point before too long we'll be requiring python 2.4.2 for CPS.
Python 2.4 introduces a number a syntax cleanups that are worthwhile,
and is also the python version required by Zope 3.2 and Zope 2.9 anyway.
So be all prepared to have a python2.4 working on your development
machine.

sorted(), reversed(), generator expressions, decorators, could all be
used to good effect.
