CPSSPortlets depends on the CPSRSS tool only which is independent of
CPSBoxes. The skins in CPSRSS can be removed. It means that CPSPortlets
does not in any way depend on CPSBoxes.
(there is no transitivity)
I'm going to move the skins to CPSBoxes ...
