Hello,

If you have tried to use the HTML editor (FCKeditor) with the trunk of
CPS you have noticed that it doesn't work.

This problem comes from the fact that Zope 2.9 serves all the files
with a default encoding while previously it wasn't.

CPS has pages encoded in Latin9 while FCKeditor has pages encoded in
UTF-8.

Joined to this email is a patch on CMFCore.FSFile that detects UTF-8
encoded files.

The best solution would have been to have the detection done in the
Zope code itself, but Florent said it was easier to integrate in
CMF for now. Florent plans to apply the patch or something based on
it in CMF ASAP.

Cheers,
