your UL list has a "cpsskinsTabs ul" class (with list-style-
type:none) so it is ganz normal the list doesn't display lists with
discs.
The question is : where did your text get a Tabs style ? -> Check
that the Portal box group templet containing the slot content_well
(in CPSSkins in your Front page) has no such style applied.
