My javascript doesn't become undresponseive, but you are right that it
doesn't work. It inserts "jscalendar_date_fmt" into the field instead of
the date. This is because of a missing translation. The label
jscalendar_date_fmt needs to be translated to the type of date format
you mostly use in Germany.
In fact, the german translation in 3.4 is quite out of date. There are
many things that need translating. I'm sure we would appreiciate help
with that. :)
