etc/zope.conf and report the traceback.

what does the two lines containing "getUserWithAuthentication No result
for uid=DamianG" mean?
Which version of CPSLDAPSetup are you using? 1.0.0 is out but was not announced
on this list because it requires CPS 3.4.1 which is not out yet.
