The folder_cut, folder_copy and folder_paste script, call methods
like manage_CPScopyObjects. These methods check that a worfklow
transition with a cut or copy or paste behaviour is allowed for the
current user. That's what this transition is for, it allows to
specify using a workflow guard who can do these operations.
