Ok then, that part I did not catch. If you're trying to do this for document data in general, you're addressing more generic issues than relations related ones, my mistake. Just in case you did not notice and might find it useful to look at, there's an SQLDirectory that can store its data in sql tables, just like you describe. But that's just for directories, not documents.

If I need some relation out of a document context I will use
CPSRelation, be sure :-)
