See the source of FlexibleTypeInformation.
renderObject is not deprecated.
ti.renderEditObjectDetailed (called by doc.renderEditDetailed) is
replaced by calls to ti.validateObject then ti.renderObject
(doc.validate then doc.render). See how it's used in
cpsdocument_edit.py for instance.
