No, I used the ics support that CPSSharedCalendar has already,

Nope. I think I only opened the ics file that the CPSSharedCalendar
gives you with the software in question. Click "open with" -> Palm
software, and it worked.

Actually, I can synchronize with a ics file but this mean a lot of
manipulations. My users wants a easier way to synchronize, without having
to export an ics file, save it, import it in a software to contact the PALM
and then doing the same in the other way.

So the same thing as I did, except that I didn't save the file to then
open it with the software, but open it with the software directly.
It's not going to get easier than that since you need to go via the
PC.
