But if we use our new theme, the error trace disapear, showing the
message: "In Heaven Everything's fine..."
We've been looking for a solution, but we're stack.
Anybody knows why this is happening?

You have an error somewhere. To see the error traceback instead the
"In Heaven" message, go to portal_themes, tab "Options" and click the
button "Deactivate the cash shield", and try again
