[CPS-devel] can't delete folder

I created a folder in CPS. Then I did cut and paste and several other things and now I am in a situation where I can't seem to do anything with the folder. I want to delete it, rename it or something but keep getting "CPS encountered and error" message. In the folder are 3 exclamation marks. !!!

In the ZMI there are subfolders in the folder and docs in the subfolder so the data in the ZMI and in CPS is out of sync. Obviously I have tried refresh, stopping the CPs etc. but this does not solve the problem

Anyone have any ideas
