I seem to have finally solved this issue:
By defining the portlet in the portlets.xml file and portlets folder (not cps_portlets.xml and cps_portlets folder), the import works properly. The file name must be the same that the object name ('portlet_session.xml', not 'portlet.xml'). You must change too the identifier (the actual value is portlet_384728523). Regards.
