Hi there, we've had packages for Debian 5.0 Lenny and Ubuntu versions up to 9.10 Karmic Koala for some time now, but were stuck there because these were the last to include Python 2.4.
About a month ago, faced with the need to upgrade a few servers to Debian 6.0 Squeeze, we took the plunge and crafted the whole stack of missing packages. It's now possible to get the testing instance up and running in less than 5mn* on Squeeze as well as Ubuntu 10.04LTS, 10.10 and even 11.04, which I just quickly tested. The documentation is at http://cps-cms.org/sections/download. It's currently a single page aimed at different use-cases, but all the needed information is there. We are of course welcoming contributions on the documentation. Cheers, * well, on Ubuntu, today, a bit more than that ! -- Georges Racinet, http://www.racinet.fr, http://anybox.fr Zope/CPS & OpenERP expertise, assistance & development GPG: 0x4862FFF7 identi.ca & twitter: gracinet
