I checked the product and the possiblity of using it within a 'stock' CMF.

For the base classes it's no big deal to use PortalContent and
PortalFolder as base classes but CPSChat is heavily based on CPS
Workflow using CPS local roles. It means, rewriting a pur DC Workflow +
another installer and fixing the skins for Plone. There's no technical
challenge but I don't have the time to do this my self right now.

If you integrate it to Plone, I'll be glad to merge your changes.
