Hello,
first login to your cps site using a manager account, then you should
see on the left a portlet with title "Portal actions", click on the
Directories link and then you should see some voices on the centre of
the screen, among them there are the two ones your looking for: Groups
Members. After you click on one of this two links you'll have another
menu on the right, the title is "Object actions". Click on the link
"Create a new entry" to add members or groups.
