is it possible to define activity-based workflows with

Or should I use openFlow for these ?
What do you mean by activity-based workflows ? or more precisely,
what
is your use case ?
I mean that mainly in contrast to an document-based workflow, where
the
workflow is bound to a document.
I know the theoretical difference, I just wanted to know you case.
CPSWorkflow, with its stack extensions, allows to create almost any
activity-based workflow, defining stacks on states.
Could you give an example of your workflow schema ?
For example for a conference registration process, the workflow is
bound
to the activity "registration" of an attendee.
In contrast to the submission of a talk for that conference, where the
workflow can be bound to the submitted talk.
Ok, so in CPS you have to define a document that will hold the workflow.
You cannot define a pure activity process without a document to
support it (this issue is being addressed within the Z3ECM project,
but it won't appear in CPS before one or two month).
From our experience, we didn't experience any problem setting up
activity process using CPSWorkflow. We just define a document that
represent the process and hold all wf related informations.
By the way, I think that integrating OpenFlow inside CPS is not an
easy work, but maybe I'm wrong.
Thanks,
EB.
