I opened a ticket: http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/ticket/1060 Actually I didn't consider it as a bug because it doesn't compromise any functionality of cps. It would be nice if the allowed content types remain untouched after an update... otherway we just have to remember to go inside portal_types an select again the document types in sections and workspaces.
