I am doing some research on CPS and am looking for English language
reference sites. So far, the only list that I have been able to find
was the following from the Introduction of the CPS User Guide:

Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry)
French Ministry of Defense portal
Brittany District portal
Multi-Lingual Sites
City of Lyon web site
Chalmers University portal
Federation of the Belgian Chemical Industries web site
Portal of Culture in France (Ministry of Culture)
Does anyone know of a site that I could look at and, possibly, talk to
the owners of?
