ZMI: portal_themes, 'Method themes' tab, and associate index_html with
your page (i.e. replace 'default' with your theme's name)
I hope I don't bother you with stupid questions but I'm stuck at this point. I
couldn't find a way to search the email-archives, but perhaps i missed
something?
