Hello,

We are encountering a small but annoying bug in the 
form which allows users to have their password e-mailed to them. The form 
simply does not send the e-mail and does not report any error in the log.

This is indeed a very strange behaviour of our version 3.4 of CPS as the 
bigger brother to that form (account_lost_password_form) which 
re-initializes the password works perfectly well. It sends the e-mail to 
the user as expected.

Thus I do not expect this to be a problems of our SMTP but rather 
something internal to CPS. Is this is a known problem which has been 
solved in 3.4.2 ? We would like to know if it is worth upgrading for that.
